2000 LPH Process Concentrate Juice Production Line Complete System
Description
This juice production machines are used for juice pre-processing from juce powder or concentrate. It contains the juice mixing tank, double filter, vacuum degasser, homogenizer and UHT sterilizer etc. Then packed into bottles or cans.

Function
| Hot water system | The water will be concentrate heated in this system. Then pump to mixing tanks. It will be help to save the energy and heat up quickly. Steam pipe will be connected with plate heat exchanger. Water is flowing through and heat up to the tank for inslutation. |
| Syrup melting pot | The mixing tank is made of SUS304 / SUS316 basing on the mixing material. There is a homogenizer installed in the tank to make the mixing more efficient. |
| Mixing tank | The mixing tank is made of SUS304 / SUS316 basing on the mixing material. There is a homogenizer installed in the tank to make the mixing more efficient. |
| Double filter | The double filter is composed of 2 filter chambers, one is using in production while the other one is taken for washing, it will enhance working efficiency in this way. The outer tank and filter mesh are all in SUS304 for easy washing, changing and maintainance. |
| Homogenizer | Improve homogeneity and stability of products, increase the period of maintenance and reduce reaction time, so as to save the mass of activator and color. |
| UHT | Specially designed for fresh juice, tea drinks or similar liquid materials. It is the ideal equipment that material can extend the shelf life purpose through sterilizing and cooling. |
Machine setup and commissioning
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.
Training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
